Is my job too small?
There’s no such thing as a job too small. Whether you need one faulty hinge replaced, a damaged cabinet repaired or a new toilet door installed, we’re happy to help. Every job deserves proper attention.
Are your quoted prices nett?
Yes. Once we assess your requirements and provide a quotation, the price is nett for the agreed scope. If we cannot quote accurately from photographs, we can arrange a free on-site assessment and quotation. Any additional work will be discussed and agreed with you first.
What if I don’t like the designs in your catalogue?
Our catalogues are a starting point. Send us your ideas, reference pictures or requirements. Our carpentry and custom-made pieces are handcrafted and customisable, including dimensions, layouts, materials, finishes and storage features.
Can you repair part of my cabinet without replacing the whole kitchen?
Yes, where the existing cabinet condition allows. We can replace faulty hinges, drawer runners, doors, panels or damaged sections. For water-damaged or rotten cabinets, we’ll assess the affected area and recommend a suitable repair or replacement.
Can I upgrade my kitchen without a full renovation?
Yes. You can refresh cabinet fronts, upgrade to soft-close fittings, improve internal storage, replace a countertop or sink, or modify cabinetry to accommodate new appliances. We can plan the improvements around the parts you want to retain.
Can you match my existing cabinets, tiles or finishes?
Share photographs and any material or product details you have. We’ll help find a suitable match. If the original finish is unavailable, we can suggest a coordinated alternative or refresh the affected section together.
Can I arrange several repairs and upgrades together?
Yes. Send us your complete list, even if it involves different trades. We can plan the carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical and painting requirements together and discuss a suitable schedule.
What should I send for a quotation?
WhatsApp us an overview photograph, close-ups of the problem, your location and a short description of the work required. Approximate measurements, preferred finishes and reference pictures are helpful too.
How soon can the work start, and how long will it take?
Timing depends on the work involved, material availability and whether anything needs custom fabrication. Once we assess your requirements, we’ll explain the expected lead time and installation arrangements.
